What We Do

Our company is based on the belief that our customers’ needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.


  • We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry.
  • We offer “hands on” management, meaning we inspect properties on a periodic basis to insure tenants are taking care of the property and there are no unwanted pets or unreported repairs or problems.
  • Tenants are thoroughly screened including credit, criminal (state and federal), rental history, job history.
  • We talk to their landlords and even make sure those landlords are the actual owners or managers.
  • Tenants are welcomed to the property with a walk through to acquaint them with any emergency cut offs for water, electric, etc.  They are provided with an Inventory and Condition form to fill out and return to us.  We also give them a welcome package.
  • Tenants are informed of what is expected of them as good tenants and what to expect of us as good managers.
  • Owners are presented with the rent along with an accounting and invoice of any repairs made on a monthly basis.  Owners are emailed that a repair has been requested.
  • We have professional repair people who will take care of any emergency or regular repair.
  • We are located in Spring, but “have car will travel”.  We have properties North, South, East and West.



List it with us for lease and management.  When the market is right for sale, we can sell it for you or turn it back over to your original listing agent.  No hassles.
